SH6000 Series

SGC Bushing and Port Guiding Perforated Plug Type

SGC also is the basic type among SH6000 high performance coltrol valves. Metal-seated quick-changeable trim combination. Particular effective for liquids and compressible fluids at high pressure drop ratios. Perforated cylinder Plug can effectively protect sealing surface of seat to be dameged by high speed flow scoured. The flow which directly pass through the holes of the trim is divided into numerous jets of cavitation liquid. In the centre of the cage the jets impact and the vapour bubbles collapse. Here, they don't cause any damage to the valve internals and the noise level is also reduced by 5-10dBA.

SGC series is suitable to verous heavy duty services.
